5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYWe reserve all rights in and to CasinoBossy and its related intellectual property including without limitation trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patentable inventions and industrial designs.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect consequential special exemplary punitive incidental damages arising out of access to or use of our services even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions are governed by laws applicable in CasinoBossy's domicile, and User agrees that all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of CasinoBossy's courts of competent jurisdiction.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; continued use of our services following such modifications will constitute acceptance by User of those modified terms.
